Donations

Donations towards our research into the molecular and clinical aspects of PTCHD1 are gratefully received, and can be made through the CAMH Foundation website at https://www.supportcamh.ca/donations, using the “Comments or Gift Designations” box to identify the Molecular Neuropsychiatry & Development (MiND) Laboratory or the PTCHD1 project as the gift recipient. Given the shortfall in funding of genetic research by the Canadian government (for instance, our CIHR grant was cut by 20%), and in particular funding of programs aimed at understanding the genetic causes of intellectual disabilities, there has never been a greater need for public awareness and support.
